Service Description

For companies who are in need of administrative assistant services who do not want to hire a permanent employee which requires a plethora of paperwork, a unique package can be created to meet those needs. One-time or monthly plans are available. Monthly plans that consist of up to 15 weekly hours (this excludes weekend hours) are available starting at $1500. Call handling, file management and appointment scheduling are all included in this service. In-person service is available for an additional cost that is determined by the amount of miles traveled. If weekend hours are needed, an additional $25 per hour will be required. Billing and accounting services are also an additional price that can be discussed during consultation. Contact T.
